Agency by Alison Coopes is proud to announce they have sold the Vaucluse mansion ‘Carrara’. The property, which hit the market three years ago was sold for close to $50 million — making it the country’s highest sale of a single home this year.
Built to eclipse the $52 million record set by luxury Point Piper property ‘Altona,’ the mind-blowing property took seven years and a reported $25 million to build.
